I saw You Beauty a while ago, with all the beauty advent calendars coming our last Christmas, I saw You beauty were doing a fab one, however I opted for, yeah you guessed it Benefit's Countdown To Love.
Anyways, I saw that the two wonders collaborating on a beauty box this month. I am not a subscriber to the fad beauty boxes, as The utter disappointment of spending £15 on some samples, which you can get at beauty counters for free is ridiculous. I have done the one off occasional ones from Birch Box and Glossy Box, but nothing since.
However, with this being Benefit Cosmetics AND in a lovely little box, so that I can re use it, and use the samples for my holidays (Currently collecting all samples for this!) It was the perfect buy for me.
Price at £14.95 + postage, I thought it was a pretty reasonable price, with it having 5 deluxe* samples and a Big Easy sample card plus a make upper voucher for a counter!
First in the box is a tube of They're Real mascara. This mascara is the wonder mascara of the market at the moment, it lifts, curls and volumizes lashes and it is the UK #1 best selling mascara! Best mascara I have ever used. Fact.
It's Potent is a eye cream, with it's brightening formula, and it also fades dark circles! I have grow to love this, as on a morning it soothes my eyes.
Benetint is a cheek and lip stain. I personally use this as a lip stain, as I went back blonde at Christmas and the red tones now suit my lips.
POREfessional is possibly my favourite Benefit product at the moment. It smooths over my skin, helps any foundations/ creams glide over and feels AMAZING! It is definitely worth the full size price, although I still have my competition stash see here so haven't had the need to replenish my stock just yet, but definitely will for years to come!
Triple performing Face Emulsion, sounds a bit sci-fi but it is so nice! I was unsure at first, as it DOES have a strange title, but it is AMAZING! It has a cooling sensation when smothered into skin, and I guess it must have cucumber extract or something so good in it, as it really is lovely for first thing on a morning, before make-up is applied! I am actually going to buy my first full size one this weekend!
The little card is the make upper and the large card is for the sample of Benefits new BB Big Easy, review here which came in the perfect shade #4!
All in all, this is an amazing steal of a price and lovely little tester, if you are unsure about buying Benefit's full size at the moment. However, do note the warning you WILL be addicted soon enough!!
*Deluxe samples are the larger samples, where as samples are usually on cards/ tester paper for Benefit Cosmetics.
