The other Saturday morning I awoke to a shiny red packet, with two samples of Smashbox cosmetics, their Photo Finish primer and Full Exposure mascara.
I had used both previously and loved these last summer, when I bought the Smashbox Try It kit. Mainly as it was a steal at £19 for 5 samples size products, but also as I used to love Smashbox when I was younger.
So to my surprise a lovely lady at their office has sent me these to try out!
The Primer is lovely and smooth and a clear gel type product, which glides on and holds make up in place for a good 9 hour office day. It is nice on my skin and light weight too, as some primers tend to be heavy and sticky, this is not at all. For the full size version, it is £25 on their website, with free delivery and free samples per order! What a bargain!
Full Exposure mascara is a full brush, for volume and lift on lashes. My lashes are down naturally, so I do struggle to get mascaras which do what they say on the tube and lift my lashes. This does it's job and is perfect for everyday wear.
It is a good little pocket filler for daily top ups and I do like to have it with me for that.
Smashbox Full Exposure mascara is £18.
Smashbox is a great brand, fun to follow on twitter and have great offers, such a Foundation Friday, everyone should be in the know on that beauty!!
